Feb 25: Mandatory Coaches Training (Arnold Park)
Softball - 1:00pm
Tball & Baseball - 2:00pm
March 2: Player evaluations (Juniors, Minors, Majors & 10U, 12U, 14U softball)
March 4-8: Player drafts will occur this week. You can expect to hear from your child’s coach soon after. Your coach will have the team’s practice schedule at this time.
March 11: All practices may begin
April 6: "In-house" rec league games will begin
May 4: Picture Day & Hit-a-Thon at Belvedere Elementary School
June 8: “In-house” Rec tball, baseball and softball play concludes
June 10: Gear return
TBD: Co-Op (baseball) and NCCGSL (softball) end dates are TBD by those organizations.
When will my player practice?
All practices will be scheduled during draft week, so that we can attempt to avoid player schedule conflicts. Practices are scheduled based on field and coach availability. All recreation baseball, softball, and tball teams will be scheduled for one weekly practice.
When will the game schedule be released?
In-house divisions: Schedules will be provided no later than one week prior to Opening Day.
Co-Op & NCCGSL divisions: Schedules are created external to BBSC, but will be provided as soon as they are received.
When will games be played?
NCCGSL and Co-Op schedules are determined by those leagues and are not yet available. BBSC's in-house divisions are tentatively scheduled for the following:
5U Tball: Saturday
7U Baseball: Saturday
8U Baseball: Tuesday, Saturday
10U Baseball: Thursday, Saturday
12U Baseball: Wednesday, Saturday
15U Baseball: Co-Op
18U Baseball: Co-Op
6U Softball: Saturday
8U Softball: NCCGSL
10U Softball: NCCGSL
12U Softball: NCCGSL
14U Softball: NCCGSL
