Important Fall Registration / Spring 2020 Credit Information

BBSC,

Please read the following information in regards to fall registration and using your Spring 2020 credit.

 

1) Why don’t I see my Spring Credit?

You may be using the wrong account. If you have several BBSC accounts, under multiple email addresses, you may be logged into the incorrect one. The Spring credits were added to accounts that were registered in spring.

 

Check to see that you’re using the credited account before registering by logging into the BBSC website and clicking “My Account” in the upper right corner of the page. This will show a complete list of transactions made for your family, including BBSC granting you the Spring Credit.

 

2) My spring credit is GREATER THAN my fall registration total… 

Your payment page at the end of the registration process will show a negative subtotal, like the one pictured below. Once you make it to this page of registration, simply log off and send an email to and we’ll handle it from there. We will mark registrations as paid and deduct your fall total from the Spring credit. Your new credit balance will be shown once a volunteer is able to finalize your registration.

 

Because no payment is being made, you will not receive an automated email confirming your registration. Confirmation will come directly from the volunteer after they are able to finalize your registration. 

 

3) My spring credit is LESS than my fall registration total…

Your payment page at the end of the registration process will show a normal subtotal, like the one pictured below. You should not have any problems making the remaining payment on the registration. Once you complete this step, you will receive an automated email confirming your registration
